Los Angeles Valley College, 5800 Fulton Avenue, Valley Glen, CA 91401 The State Water Resources Control Board and the Department of Water Resources will hold informational meetings to discuss the implementation of SGMA and to answer questions from the public. Technical sessions and public forums will be held in the Los Angeles Area, Visalia, Sacramento, and Redding. Both agencies are responsible for the implementation of SGMA.
